What makes this estate truly unique is its transformation into a private destination. Rather than just a place to stay, this home is an all-in-one entertainment hub. The standout feature is the elite cinema experience, boasting a massive 98” 4K screen paired with a professional Sonos with Dolby Atmos immersive 3D sound and 10 luxury recliners. When you aren't at the movies, the climate-controlled arcade and immersive themed bedrooms offer a level of play you won't find in a standard rental.
The home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, with an open-concept layout that ensures large groups have plenty of room to gather. Our upgraded dining area and "squeaky clean" carpet-free flooring ensure a premium, allergy-friendly stay for everyone in your party.
To maintain the high quality of our home and the peace of our resort community, we have a strict policy regarding visitors:
-No Parties: We do not allow parties or large events of any kind.
-Registered Guests Only: Only the guests included in the official reservation are permitted on the property. We do not allow outside visitors who are not part of the booking to enter the home.

The heart of the resort is the 5,600 sq. ft. clubhouse and sprawling pool complex, where you can spend your days soaking up the Florida sun.
Resort Pool & Lazy River: Enjoy the large beach-entry heated pool, complete with a water slide (minimum 48" height requirement) and a relaxing lazy river.
Dining at Cafe Sol: For poolside refreshments and easy meals, visit Cafe Sol Bar & Grill, open daily (typically 11 AM – 8 PM, with extended hours until 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays).
Active Recreation: Stay active with 24-hour access to the fully equipped gym, or head outdoors for tennis, pickleball, and beach volleyball.

Resort Tips for a Smooth Stay
Community Access: A resort pass is required to access the clubhouse, pool, and gym. Wristbands must be worn by all guests in these areas.
Parking Rules: The address provided will lead you directly to the house. Please park up to three vehicles in the driveway. Note that street parking is strictly prohibited; any vehicles parked on the street outside of the dedicated spots will be towed at the owner's expense.

By booking this property, you agree to all the house rules listed below. Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Guests & Visitors
Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the official reservation are permitted on the property. No outside visitors are allowed without prior written approval.
No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties, large gatherings, or loud noises that disturb neighbors.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our community by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Strict No-Pet Policy
100% Pet-Free Environment: To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and an allergen-free environment, pets are not allowed on the property.
Cleaning Fee: Violation of this policy will result in an immediate deep-cleaning fee and potential eviction.
Health & Safety
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and throughout the Solterra Resort property. A $250 cleaning fee applies to violations.
Pool & Spa Safety: No glass is permitted in the pool area. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Electrical Panel: Do not open or tamper with the electrical panel for any reason.
Property & Amenities
Pool Heating: A fee for the stay is required if you wish to have the pool heater activated during your stay. Heated pool option per stay - $120.
BBQ Grill Rental: We utilize a professional third-party company to install and provide a BBQ grill; a rental fee applies if you wish to have one provided for your stay. House Grill Weekly Rental - $100.
Theater & Arcade: Use the 98” theater and arcade equipment with care. Broken equipment will be subject to a replacement fee.
Valet Trash: Place trash in the brown waste bin outside the home by 6:00 AM for daily collection. All boxes must be broken down and ALL trash MUST be bagged before placing in exterior trash bin.
Security & Access
Parking: Park only in designated spaces marked by two white lines. No parking outside driveway and designated spaces. You will be towed.
Exterior Monitoring: For your safety, the property is monitored by an exterior-only security camera.
Access Fobs: A replacement fee of $35.00 - $45.00 + tax will be charged for any lost community access passes or fobs.
Check-Out
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour, as it impacts our professional cleaning schedule.
